2. Hosting and status

Local Linux test server; OVH EU is the stated production hosting provider (contract and region to be confirmed). Application database: PostgreSQL. This test deployment uses HTTPS with a locally managed certificate, local storage and file-based transactional mail. Production provider contracts, contact addresses and data processing agreements must be finalized by the operator.

3. Documents and communication

The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Cookie Policy are publicly available in English, effective and last updated 2026-10-06. Save or print them using your browser. Contact and privacy requests: support@roomzor.com. Billing, consumer complaints and illegal-content reports can also be sent there, with the relevant order or content location.

4. Information awaiting confirmation

TODO_LEGAL_CONFIG: proprietor’s full legal name; full registered address; valid tax and registration identifiers; precise registering authority; DPO status; competent consumer conciliation board; production hosting contract and location; support mail and optional provider contracts; product-specific consumer checkout disclosures and customer processing agreement.
